• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding drone operations

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload false, misleading, or inaccurate flight data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal drone operations

5. Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all data you input into DroneHQ.io. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

6. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience temporary outages. Critical maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

The DroneHQ.io platform, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by DroneHQ.io and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

DroneHQ.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that it will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

10. Limitation of Liability

DroneHQ.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Compliance and Regulatory Responsibility

While DroneHQ.io helps you maintain compliance records, you remain solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable drone regulations (FAA, local, international)
• Maintaining valid licenses and certifications
• Ensuring safe drone operations
• Obtaining necessary airspace authorizations

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• You may export your data for 30 days after termination
• We may delete your data after the export period
• Prepaid fees are non-refundable

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
